Choice Lists

The Setup | Choice Lists menu item allows you to pre-define what will show up in various drop down boxes throughout Fleet Maintenance Pro.

Users may add, edit, or delete what appears in these choice boxes in this window:

As an example, you may wish to define the "Maintenance" list for "Repairs", giving users an existing set of repair names and types to choose from when requesting a repair or performing data entry.
