Calendar Overview

The Calendar offers an efficient at-a-glance view of past, current, or forecasted Work Orders, History, Fuel, and Assignments.

Use the tabs on the top to toggle between calendar content displays and take actions via the toolbar buttons, or search and navigate via the options on the right.

You can access the following tabs at the top.

Equipment Due- Displays date-based tasks that are coming up due soon.

Work Orders - Displays Work Order records based on the Scheduled date.

History - View already completed maintenance.

Fuel -Shows days that fuel transactions took place.

Assignments - Shows when equipment has been signed.

You can find additional calendar settings by going to Setup in the top menu and choosing User Preferences.

In the User Preferences window click Maintenance on the left. Calendar Options will appear towards the top.
