Vendor Management
Fleet Maintenance Pro's Vendor Database stores your vendor information such as name, contact, address, phone number, e-mail, and numerous other data fields. Vendor records are used in many places throughout the program. The most common usage is for telling the system who you purchased parts from, and to use as a labor entry for maintenance tasks (if the task was performed by a third-party vendor).
To access the vendor list click Vendors on the left side menu.
You can use Quick Actions, the + sign on the Vendors menu item on the left, or the blue +New button on the top right to add a new Vendor record.
